  We were two couples who visited Clyde River in the last half of July. We stayed at Qammaq hotel (it was written with double m on the receipt). It was one of two hotels in the town, but the only one that served lunch and dinner on request. It was an ordinary nice hotel, a little wear and tear to see inside but clean. The staff was friendly and very service minded. No one made up our beds after the first night, so we did that ourselves, also after the next and last night as well. To make up your own bed seemed to be the normal standard here. That was o.k. with us. We requested both lunch and dinner when we stayed here, and we were definitely happy with the food. There seemed not to be any alternative when we visited Clyde River, but to try to make something yourself. Even guests from the other hotel came to Qammaq Hotel for requested lunch and dinner. Even for breakfast, during our stay. We had a good stay at this hotel. We give them an extra star for their helpfulness and good service.
